*Preventative and Proactive maintenance programs include priority service over non-maintenance customers for emergency repairs. Standard emergency service rates apply.
** Proactive and Performance maintenance programs include the labor and material cost of replacing some components like belts and filters. The Performance program also includes the labor and materials cost of replacing moving and maintainable parts. Additional labour and parts will be billed at standard rates.
